Martial Arts

Vinyasa - Meaning "to place in a special way," a vinyasa class has a lot of movement -- which means a lot of chances to see what movement works best.  From traditional sun salutations to innovative movement, you will open up and strengthen the hips, torso, mind, and spirit!

Hatha - All physical yoga is technically "hatha yoga"; however, hatha as a yoga style refers to a practice where you focus on the individual poses for a few breaths, giving yourself time to sink into them and work out the mechanics.


Slow Flow/Mindful Flow - Yoga is not only about being deliberate and mindful with our poses and breathing, but with every move we make.  From the vinyasa flows to the transitions between poses, it's about learning how your body moves and falling in love with the mechanics of your unique body.  Classes are always suited to the group, with an emphasis on little ways we can rediscover poses we know by heart.

Vin-Yin - Part Vinyasa flow, part Yin yoga.  Warm up the body with energetic movement before slowing it down with stretches that help open up the hips, the hamstrings, and the shoulders.​

Gentle Yoga - Gentle yoga is perfect for everyone, for those who are new to yoga to those who want to slow it down a bit.  Gentle yoga is a great way to calm the mind and the body!


Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga - Inspired by Sadie Nardini's CSV Yoga program, this class will get you activating parts of the core you didn't even realize you had. You will build effective and empowering strength & stability from the inside out.

Yoga for Martial Artists - Martial arts and yoga have more in common than you'd think!  With a focus on mindfulness, deliberate breathing, and calm energy -- as well as building up strength, stability, and flexibility -- this class is a great addition to any martial art training.

Yoga for Runners - The same way running can serve as a moving meditation quite like yoga, yoga can serve as a wonderful complement to running.  From gaining flexibility to cultivating core strength; from improving our breathwork to developing body awareness; yoga can help everyone from the casual jogger to the distance runner and everyone in between.

Yoga for Happy Employees - Studies have shown that people are more productive when they feel relaxed and at ease.  Yoga is a great way to bring a community of people together and strengthen not our bonds with each other and our abilities to handle stress.  Yoga is only a small investment that can yield incredible returns

Private Yoga Sessions - Develop your yoga practice one-on-one and in your own time.  Great for beginners and those who would like individual attention to their asanas.  Individual and group rates available.


Beginner's Kickboxing - It's the best of both worlds.  Learn form and technique like a traditional kickboxing class, but done so in a fun, low risk environment set to good music like a cardio kickboxing class.  This fusion class is great for anyone who wants to try out kickboxing or wants to hone their form.

Worry-Free Tai Chi - A great foundation class for beginners!  With breathing exercises to get our mind and body ready, Worry-Free Tai Chi breaks down the various moves in Yang-style tai chi into bite-sized portions.  Each individual movement carries wonderful physical, mental, and emotional benefits in and of itself.

Tai Chi for Energy - Yang-24 (or "Simplified Form") was created to bring tai chi to everyone.  Come learn a form that is both relaxing and invigorating at the same time.  Each class, we will break down a particular section of the form, with explanations as to why we move the way we do -- and why, yes, tai chi is a martial art!
