Yoga is a great way to find relief from back pain. A lot of us even started yoga as a way to help our aching backs. In this workshop, you’ll utilize yoga in new and innovative ways to cultivate a strong, stable, and healthy back. We’ll explore the two main causes of back pain and how your practice can provide relief. All levels are welcome, including those brand new to yoga.
